DC's honors include: Phi Alpha Theta History Honors Society, Reginald Heber Fellowship, University Legal Assistance: (One of the two then highest graded clinicians in the history of the Clinic), Who’s Who 1989, Super Lawyer 2000 by Law and Poliltics, Commissioner Pro Tempore of Spokane Superior Court.

Case Wins
DC doesn't believe in a "Case Wins" tally. In fact, when people ask if he is "agressive" or what his "success rate" is, they are often met with more questions, rather than a pat answer. The truth is, when a family is divided, no one really wins. When justice is served, it might not be necessarily construed as a "win".
A common retort to the "agressive" question is: when the case requires knowledge of the law; requires tireless research and briefing, then DC Cronin is the go to guy. But over 23 years of continuing legal education and experience have taught him mediation, settlement, self-determination in many instances reach a more acceptable outcome for our clients.
There are a few "new" attorneys around these days, more perhaps who may have forgotten (or who remember) before his hair was grey, when it was long and he had an earing and tried to wear a bolo tie into court, he was widely regarded as a rather mean fellow. But every now and then a situation will present in which his demeanor of calm, respectful, compassionate attention is riled by injustice, ignorance, dishonesty, and lazy legal practice.

It is not unusual in our office for the phone to ring and when answered, have another attorney asking if they might speak to DC for a moment. DC is known around town as the "guy who knows the law".
While his parents are convinced his ability to cite case law has something to do with his parochial school upbringing, those who know him well understand and appreciate DC"s love of the law, love of the application of the law, the nuances, the changes, and the necessity of understanding the law, the policies, rules and procedures in the service of justice for clients.
